Award-winning products start with Award-winning ingredients. That is why we only use the best cuts of premium Beef and Pork in our products. Unlike larger corporate giants, our family uses no fillers or binders – just quality cuts of real, protein-packed, meat.
We then enrich the natural flavor of these meats with our family recipe of select spices to create a variety of sticks and sausages. Custom crafted in small batches, each product is naturally smoked for hours on end – giving them the rich smoky taste of real hardwood hickory.
